New Year New Chapter

As we roll into the last month of the year and people start with the "New Year's resolution" bull, I take this time to reflect on how I started this year off and how I'm ending it. I had goals I accomplished and some I didn't complete but am I in a better place for myself to begin this New Year,  yes, yes I am. So with that being said I plan to keep the motivation to be better than I was this year and be greater next year.  Make your vision plain and move in it the only thing holding you back is you. Have a blessed rest of the year and keep pushing.

Why am I awake

Have you ever woke up in the middle of the night wondering why am I up and can't sleep? This happens to me more often than I would like it to be. But what I realize is that your mind and body are telling you, you have unfinished business. This blog is pretty much a pep talk to myself... Get a pen and paper and put it next to your bed and when you wake up whatever is on your mind, write it down.  Whether it be a list, a poem, a story, a thought or just a conversation with yourself, writing it down will put your mind at ease and put you back to sleep. Another thing you can do is pray, have a conversation with God, maybe there is something that He can clarify for you. I hope this works for you as much as it is beginning to help me.
